The essentials for our standard company driver position

- Legally qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce
- Able to pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug screening
- Able to complete required employment and safety verifications
- Reliable communication with dispatch
- No additional endorsements required

Landway may consider select CDL-A holders who do not yet meet the standard experience requirement. Acceptance is determined individually based on the applicant’s qualifications, driving background, safety profile, and training needs
Approved candidates may receive $500 per week in training pay during an initial training period
Selection for the training program is not guaranteed

Landway may consider select newer CDL-A holders individually. Approved candidates may receive $500 per week during an initial training period. Selection is not guaranteed
Riders may be permitted only with prior approval from Landway management
