Cookie Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognize your device, remember information about your visit, and, in some cases, share information with third parties such as advertising or analytics providers. This Cookie Policy explains how LANDWAY INC. (“LANDWAY,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.landwayinc.com (the “Site”), and supplements the LANDWAY Privacy Policy.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Essential browser storage remembers your privacy preferences for up to 366 days. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after you consent on our published domain. Meta Pixel is optional and loads only with separate advertising consent.

3. Specific Tools We Use

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures visits, referral sources and site actions, including application-button clicks, telephone-link clicks and applications confirmed by our server. We do not send application field values to Analytics. Google may process online identifiers and device information. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are configured to expire after one year. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) measures PageView and successful application Lead events after advertising consent. Meta receives IP address, browser information, online identifiers and page/event data for advertising measurement. The _fbp and, when applicable, _fbc cookies are typically stored for up to 90 days. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. We do not send application fields. LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) measures homepage visits and successful driver-inquiry submissions after advertising consent. LinkedIn receives the page URL, referral information, IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and online identifiers, and can use these for advertising measurement and website audiences. Its cookies and first-party LinkedIn Ads ID support attribution. We do not provide application field values or enable Enhanced Matching. The tag runs in a removable measurement frame; withdrawing Advertising consent removes that runtime without clearing the application form. Already transmitted data cannot be recalled, and third-party cookies must be managed through your browser or LinkedIn settings. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Google Ads is not installed.

4. Your Choices

Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw analytics and advertising consent at any time. Before consent, no Google Analytics tag is loaded. Withdrawing consent disables further collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected. Refusing does not affect the application form. Choices are stored under landway.privacy.v1 for up to 366 days. Older preview acceptances do not authorize Analytics. Local previews do not send Analytics traffic. Advertising remains off until you consent and always remains off when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Use Privacy choices to withdraw consent; further pixel events stop and accessible Meta cookies are removed. Prior consent does not authorize newly introduced tools.

5. “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is currently no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, and LANDWAY does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals differently than described in this Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

LANDWAY may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including as it adds or removes tools described in Section 3. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.

Cookie preferences

Choose separately whether to allow Google Analytics and advertising measurement by Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.

Essential storage

Remembers these preferences so we do not ask on every page. The hosting service may process technical information to deliver and protect the site.

Always on

Google Analytics measures visits and actions only after consent on our published domain. We do not send application fields to Google Analytics.

Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag measure visits and successful inquiries for advertising and can support website audiences. They receive online identifiers, IP address, browser information and page/event data. We do not send application fields or enable enhanced matching. Turning Advertising off removes the LinkedIn runtime without reloading your form.
